Cancellation Policy

At The Wiltwyck, we strive to provide flexibility and clarity for our guests. Please review our cancellation policy below

 Full Refund Within 24 Hours: Guests may cancel their reservation with a full refund within 24 hours of booking, provided the reservation check-in date is at least three (3) days away.

Non-Refundable Reservations: Beyond the initial 24-hour period, all reservations are non-refundable. However, the cleaning fee will be refunded for any cancellations.

Travel Insurance Recommendation: We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover unforeseen emergencies that may affect your travel plans.

Rebooking Consideration: In the event of a cancellation, we will relist the room. If the room is rebooked, we will reimburse the original guest the amount received for the new booking, excluding the cleaning fee.
